After studying Mathematics with an additional focus on Digital Competences, Martina Aschauer pursued targeted training as an energy consultant and Passive House consultant. As Managing Director of GAP Solution GmbH, she brings extensive experience in serial renovation—a field in which the company has been successfully operating for more than 25 years.

With the integration of GAP Solution into ELK TECH, Martina Aschauer now also heads the Refit division at ELK TECH, driving innovative solutions for sustainable building renovations. ELK TECH is an Austrian prefabricated house manufacturer specializing in serial and sustainable construction and renovation solutions.
