
Mr. Becker is a trained banker and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management (M.A.) in 2012. He subsequently worked for a large Landesbank and specialized in process and project management. In addition to setting up a certified quality management system (ISO9001) for a group division, he managed other projects, including test management for the migration of the core banking system in 2017. As a manager, he headed process management and later controlling for an operations department for several years. Since 2022, he has been working in Department 4 Digitization of the Ministry of the Interior, Digitization and Municipalities in Baden-Württemberg, initially in an advisory capacity for the development of project and process management competence and, after initializing the preliminary project, has now been project manager of the MEDI:CUS implementation project since 2024. In addition, he is involved in the administrative body formers in Baden-Württemberg, which are driving forward a vision for administrative modernization in community structures under the direction of the State Ministry. Mr. Becker is married, father of a daughter, has been working part-time for almost 10 years now and also shares his life more or less voluntarily with a red tomcat and a growing long-haired collie.
