Marie-Luise Bertels is an entrepreneur by conviction and, together with her team, manages a versatile care facility offering inpatient, outpatient, and day-care services. They stand for a modern approach to care that supports people in various life situations—both with and without dementia.
A special passion project is their intergenerational day care with an integrated, interprofessional practice community. Here, young and old, as well as health and social professions, come together to create a lively community and close-to-home care.
Her professional strength lies in combining nursing expertise with education. She holds a B.A. in Nursing Management, is a Silviahemmet trainer, and a teacher. This combination enables her not only to shape care but also to continuously develop it through training, guidance, and cultural change in practice.
Communication is a central leadership tool for her—whether in conversations with staff, supporting relatives, or public communication, especially in marketing.
Marie-Luise brings international experience, linguistic proficiency (German, Spanish, English), and cultural openness. Creativity and the power to shape are her driving forces: she develops new formats, combines care with culture and marketing, and continuously finds new ways to reach people—with heart, conviction, and professionalism.
