After studying International Relations in Dresden, London, Cambridge, and Moscow, she initially worked at the Boston Consulting Group and Siemens AG. She entered the hospital sector rather by chance in 2016 when she joined the Schön Klinik Group with the mandate to build up international business in the UK and other markets through in-house construction projects and M&A activities. Since 2019, she has been working in the public hospital sector, where she has held positions at Klinikum Rechts der Isar of the Technical University of Munich, RoMed, and kbo. Since February 2024, she has been Chief Financial Officer at Klinikum Rosenheim, which—despite having “only” 622 beds—aims to offer a comprehensive care portfolio for the population of the city and the surrounding district.
