He incorporates his process expertise into the company's development and supports the management in clarifying operational and strategic issues.
Following the development and establishment of central project management, he has been responsible for this in a management staff unit since the beginning of 2021 and is responsible for implementing the project portfolio.

Before that, he worked in the automotive industry for MVI PROPLANT Nord GmbH in Wolfsburg.
At the company, he worked as a project manager and consultant in the logistics division.
In addition, he supported the development of the logistics consulting division and was responsible for the operational and strategic development of the simulation division as product manager.

He began his professional career at the Institute for Logistics and Material Flow Technology at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg.
As a research assistant with a teaching license, he completed his doctorate in 2015 in the field of systems theory and focused on the design of complex systems in his thesis.
He previously studied industrial engineering for logistics at the local university.
