Christopher Dullinger works as a Sales Manager at Recare Deutschland GmbH, supporting nursing homes and home care services in implementing digital solutions for admission and transfer management. Previously, he gained hands-on experience in nursing and spent several years working in statutory health and long-term care insurance. During this time, he became familiar with the administrative hurdles that healthcare and administrative staff face in their daily work.

His goal is to reduce bureaucracy, promote integrated care, and ultimately create more time for hands-on support. Dullinger sees himself as a bridge-builder between technology and practice.
