Annemarie Fajardo, RN, MSc is a registered nurse for the elderly, a graduate in nursing management, a business psychologist and a doctoral candidate at the University of Gloucestershire. She has been active in the health and care sector for 20 years, including as a care manager, consultant, lecturer, author and speaker. Her voluntary work, including in the German Nursing Council, is particularly concerned with improving working conditions in care facilities and outpatient care services and thus strengthening professional carers. Her book publication "Existenzrelevant! Strong nursing care for the state and society" is aimed at health policy makers and society as a whole to support the nursing profession in its further development.
