Already during After completing his studies at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, Robert Farthmann took over the plant management of a subsidiary of a German, family-run steel group. He spent many years building up manufacturing plants and sites before switching to consulting and supporting customers and project managers in the AEC (construction) and EPC (large-scale plant construction) sectors in an international environment. He is driven by operational excellence, and the underlying change processes in customer systems are supported by his consultants from top management to working level throughout all phases of a project.
