Izabela Fornalczyk is a member of the Executive Board of B&O Bau GmbH and, as CTO, is responsible for the company’s technological and product-oriented development.

As a general contractor, B&O Bau delivers refurbishment and new-build projects for institutional residential property owners. The company’s goal is to make the creation of affordable housing simpler, more efficient, and more sustainable. To achieve this, the company is advancing standardized renovation approaches, timber-hybrid construction methods for new buildings, prefabrication, digital processes, and a clearly structured coordination of planning, production, and implementation.
