Registered nurse with 38 years of leadership experience in hospitals, inpatient and outpatient care facilities, as well as with the Medical Review Board. For over eight years, she has served as Managing Director and Executive Board Member at Diakoneo.

She holds a degree in Business Administration for Health and Social Services and a Master's degree in Diaconal Management from Bielefeld.

She is a certified TQM auditor, specialist in out-of-hospital ventilation, advisory board member of Healthcare by your side within the Healthcare Network Franconia, member of the Expert Committee on Medical Technology of the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, and Chair of the Forst-based initiative Giving Nursing a Voice.
