Stephen Gauci Baluci is the Managing Director of CC Fund Services, with over 18 years of experience in the funds industry. He has extensive expertise in fund administration, fund accounting and valuation, transfer agency, AML and compliance, regulatory reporting, and corporate services.

Prior to joining CC Fund Services, Stephen worked within the fund services division of a leading local bank and began his career with a Big Four audit firm, where he also led hedge fund audit engagements in New York and the Channel Islands.

Stephen is a Certified Public Accountant, a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the University of Malta. He also serves as Chairman of the Fund Administrators Sub-Committee of the Malta Asset Servicing Association (MASA) and sits on the boards of a number of regulated and unregulated entities.
