Over the past 25 years, Barbara Hagedorn has played a key role in building up the internationally renowned family business, the Hagedorn Group from Gütersloh, and has successfully established the Hagedorn brand in the construction industry as Managing Director and marketing expert. In a male-dominated industry, she asserted herself through her strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills. In spring 2024, she retired from the operational business to take on new challenges. As a mother of two daughters, she is now the founder and CEO of FutureWE Consulting. FutureWE bridges the gap between theory and practice and between sustainable management and contemporary corporate culture.
