Thomas Hagedorn is the founder and managing partner of the Hagedorn Group. Founded in 1997 with only one excavator, Thomas Hagedorn has since developed the company into an internationally operating group. His vision: to create a sustainable and digital construction industry. Thomas Hagedorn himself worked as a mechanic, truck driver, machine operator, foreman, and site manager before becoming self-employed and writing his own success story.
