Omid Haiati has extensive experience in the construction sector and is an expert in the optimization of construction processes. In his role as Head of Construction Process Optimization at the Köster Group, he is responsible for the standardization and continuous improvement of planning and construction processes. By using state-of-the-art technologies and methods, this central area combines key topics such as occupational safety, quality, sustainability, lean construction, BIM and risk management. His aim is to link these processes together harmoniously in order to ensure extremely efficient handling of construction projects.
