Christoph Haß is the Managing Director of Possehl Digital and also leads the digital business division of the Possehl Group. In this role, he drives the digital transformation of one of Germany’s largest family-owned industrial groups while supporting mid-sized companies in developing future-ready business models.

His professional career includes serving as an authorized signatory (Prokurist) and Co-Leader for Startups & Venture Deals at PwC, where he advised on numerous growth, investment, and transformation projects. He also gained entrepreneurial experience as part of the founding team of the predictive analytics startup meteolytix and previously held various positions within the Sparkassen Financial Group.

His areas of expertise include digital transformation, innovation management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and scaling digital business models for industrial and mid-sized enterprises.
