Dr. Jan Felix Hübner is Managing Director of Werksarztzentrum Deutschland GmbH. He studied medicine and economics in the Ruhr region and gained international experience during stays abroad in India, Switzerland, Kenya and Ecuador. After working in university medicine and extensive consulting practice in the healthcare sector, he has dedicated himself to the development of innovative care models with a focus on digitalisation and telemedicine at Werksarztzentrum Deutschland GmbH since 2020.

As a recognised expert in the field of occupational medicine and occupational health management, Dr Hübner regularly shares his knowledge in lectures, interviews and podcasts and enriches the professional discourse. He wrote a guest article on the topic of ‘Absenteeism from the perspective of an occupational physician’ for Manuel Fink's specialist book, Managing Absenteeism Actively (Vahlen Verlag, 2024/2025).
