Susanne Katharina Jones began her career at Tübingen University Hospital as a nurse and held management roles in various departments and clinics over many years.
From 2004 (with the introduction of the gDRG system), she led a wide range of organisational projects for the hospital’s executive board.
From 2013, following two CAS programmes and a degree in Business Administration at the Steinbeis Academy, she moved into a project management role in the clinical IT sector.
Her project work has focused on and continues to focus on in-house process analysis, concept development and implementation, utilising all the necessary project management skills.
Since August 2024, I have been in charge of the ‘Integrated Capacity Management’ project at the
Ernst von Bergmann Hospital in Potsdam.
