I am currently the Hotel Director of the Alexianer Hotel am Wasserturm in Münster. I have more than 25 years of experience in the hotel industry, including positions at H-Hotels.com and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts.

My passion lies in personal service, sustainable hotel development, and authentic guest experiences. Inclusion is especially important to me. As Deputy Chair of the Embrace Hotels Association, I am committed to ensuring that hospitality is accessible and welcoming for all people.
