
Marlene Klemm is the Director of the Nursing Practice Center Nuremberg and, through her research project, is part of the Future of Nursing cluster. Her primary focus is on supporting care providers, manufacturers, and startups in implementing technologies in everyday nursing practice in a meaningful, practical, and staff-oriented way. Holding a degree in Social Economics (Diplom-Sozialwirtin), she initially worked in Customer Retention at o2 and in Human Resources at adidas. She subsequently joined Bayern Innovativ, where she served, among other roles, as a Project Manager responsible for the fields of neurodegenerative diseases and nursing innovations. Her research interests focus particularly on human–technology interaction and on strengthening the connection between practice, research, and industry.
