
Martina Kringe began her professional career by training as a nurse and took on her first management role as deputy ward manager after just one year. This task gave her great pleasure and enabled her to utilise her strengths in a targeted manner. Over the course of her career, she has completed several additional training courses, including a qualification as a specialist nurse for internal medicine, further training as a senior nurse, training as an EFQM assessor, a degree in nursing management (FH) and further training in palliative care.
Martina Kringe has been Director of Nursing at Immanuel Krankenhaus Berlin for over 20 years and is responsible for the two sites in Berlin-Buch and Berlin-Wannsee. Her area of responsibility includes the nursing and functional services, the medical-technical service, the student nurses, the MTRA and nursing training. In addition, she is currently acting head of nursing services for a hospice.
