Eva Lettenmeier has held a variety of senior leadership positions in the care sector for many years. With a professional background in communications and marketing, she has taken on operational management roles as well as serving as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the Korian Group. For many years, her core focus has been on innovation, organizational development, digital transformation, and the reform of the political and regulatory framework for the care industry. She further strengthened this focus in her role as Head of the Care Industry Division at the consulting firm Contec. Throughout her career, she has consistently championed organizational development, professional HR management, the modernization of the public perception of nursing and care professions, and raising awareness of the demographic challenges facing employers in the care sector.
