Dr. Markus Mandrella heads the Corporate Development and Project Management division at the IT subsidiary of UKSH. In this role, he is responsible for the IT strategy as well as the digital innovation and transformation programs of the university hospital. With many years of experience in digital strategy and IT management, he is passionately driving digitalization in healthcare. His focus lies on innovations related to artificial intelligence and data-driven solutions. At the same time, he shapes the necessary organizational changes within the company.
