Rai Mughal is the Associate Chief Information Officer at Cleveland Clinic London.
He has a 1st class Computer Science degree from Greenwich University and an Executive MBA from Quantic Business & Technology with 19 years of experience working in the healthcare sector, delivering complex transformation projects across the UK and Middle East.

Rai oversees the London IT function on the Executive Team in London, reporting to the Group Enterprise Chief Information Officer in the US.

Rai joined Cleveland Clinic London from Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi in March 2016, where he steered complex and large-scale healthcare IT projects to support the opening of Cleveland Clinic's Abu Dhabi hospital.
Since joining Cleveland Clinic London, Rai has played a critical role in establishing the organization's IT strategic vision that helps to enable Cleveland Clinic London's world-class patient care and experience.
He has also served as a Healthcare IT strategist for Accenture in the UK.

Cleveland Clinic London is the only Private Hospital in the UK to be awarded a HIMSS Stage 6 Accreditation.
