After completing his master's degree in industrial engineering at the University of Stuttgart, Marwan Muhi began his career as a process manager at WOLFF & MÜLLER, where he gained in-depth experience in project and process management, particularly in the introduction and further development of software solutions to optimize construction and real estate processes. He then moved to Implenia, where, as a lean specialist, he supported the implementation of lean construction methods on construction sites, thereby helping to increase efficiency. From 2020 to 2023, he managed complex software implementation projects for N+P Informationssysteme, including in the construction sector. Marwan Muhi is currently responsible for the further development of the company's internal store floor management system at Köster GmbH and is a key driver of the digitalization and optimization of construction processes.
