Prof. Dr. Claus Nesensohn is a leading expert in the field of lean construction and project management. As the founder and CEO of Refine Projects AG, he brings with him a broad range of experience, from his training as a carpenter and construction technician to his professorship in lean construction at the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences. He is also a researcher and lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University and has written numerous seminal publications on project management and Lean Construction Maturity Models.
