Prof. Henriette Neumeyer is Deputy Chairwoman of the German Hospital Federation. She heads the Hospital Staff and Policy division, which covers both the conception of association policy positions and fundamental issues relating to hospital staff, such as human resources management, training and further training, professional and collective bargaining policy and the future viability of hospitals. Henriette Neumeyer studied medicine. After completing her doctorate at the University of Lübeck, she specialized in consulting for hospitals. She also obtained an MBA and was awarded the DGIV Innovation Prize for her Master's thesis. Professor Neumeyer has headed the Master's degree program in Healthcare Management at the Nordakademie since 2019. In addition to her work as a professor, Prof. Neumeyer also worked as an independent consultant focusing on the transfer of new technologies into healthcare.
