Sinan Ordu is a business psychologist with extensive professional experience in consulting, human resources, event management, entrepreneurship, and executive management. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree studies in business psychology at Hochschule Fresenius in Munich and at the University of Kassel, where he earned the degree Master of Science (M.Sc.). After working as a manager at the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest, Inc. in Chicago, he founded his own company in the field of event management, Magic Penthouse LLC. In parallel, he worked in the USA as a certified seminar instructor for the IHK trainer certification “Ausbildung der Ausbilder (AdA / AEVO)” and led leadership trainings in more than ten U.S. states.

In 2020, Sinan Ordu returned to Germany to support his brothers in the management of the family business MVZ Ärzte am Stern GmbH. Since then, he has been working as Head of Human Resources and member of the executive management, pursuing the goal of further developing the MVZ into one of the most advanced and future-oriented medical care centers in Germany.
