Christian Winkler is Chief Digital Officer at HERING GmbH & Co. KG and is responsible for the digital transformation of the group of companies. His focus is on the digitalisation and optimisation of construction and business processes – from the introduction of new technologies through to process and change management and large-scale project management.

Prior to this, he gained more than 30 years’ experience working for a public-sector client in the infrastructure and construction sectors. His particular strengths lie in analysing existing processes, optimising them and then digitising them using the right digital tools, so that they create measurable added value in day-to-day operations.
