Oliver Pessoa Huber is a sustainability expert in the construction and real estate industry, tourism, and hospitality. After three years in management consulting, he moved into real estate development, initially as an executive assistant focusing on project controlling, business development, M&A, strategy development, as well as sustainability and ESG. He then established and headed the department for sustainability and ESG—first in the same company, later in another real estate development firm focusing on strategy development, building certifications, EU taxonomy, ESG reporting, and sustainable finance. Since 2024, he has been Managing Director ESG at Michaeler & Partner, where he and his team oversee the ESG management of the Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group and advise external clients in the field of sustainability and ESG.
