Ms Peters-Alt feels right at home in the healthcare sector: she gained her first professional experience as a carer. After studying health and nursing science, she worked in a managerial position as a medical controller and quality manager in various German clinics. After spending several years in the USA, she took over the management of operations at the management consultancies REDCOM Medizincontrolling GmbH and Dr Kieselbach Consulting GmbH before setting up the revenue management service line for WMC Healthcare. Her expertise is complemented by a doctorate on the subject of patient loyalty. Ms Peters-Alt currently works as Head of Group Revenue Management and is responsible for the billing of 66 clinics at Asklepios and Mediclin.
