Activelaw advises medium-sized companies from the aviation sector, such as smaller airlines, airport suppliers, aircraft maintenance companies, as well as aircraft suppliers in the areas of contract law, insurance law, and banking law.

In this context, Attorney Prechtel specializes in advising UHNWIs from all over the world as well as large German corporations on the acquisition, operation, and financing of business jets. On average, he advises and organizes 40 transactions per year with a purchase volume of approximately USD 500–700 million.
