Natalie Rammert, Head of Quality Management at Seniorenhilfe SMMP, is a dedicated expert in quality assurance and project management in elderly care. After completing her training as a healthcare and nursing professional and subsequently earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she brings both professional nursing expertise and solid academic competence. In her role at Seniorenhilfe SMMP, she is responsible for quality across more than 25 facilities and services—residential, semi-residential, and outpatient—and ensures that high standards are not only maintained but continuously further developed.

Particularly noteworthy is her commitment in the field of digitalization: under her involvement, the senior center Haus Maria Regina in Diestedde became one of the most digitally advanced facilities in the region.
