
Myriam Rapior, born in 1996 in Bonn, is a German business economist and environmentalist. Since 2020, she has been working as a doctoral candidate and research associate at the Chair of Strategic Management at the University of Hamburg. Her research focuses on sustainable supply chain management, due diligence, and stakeholder engagement.
From 2019 to early 2022, Myriam Rapior was a member of the board of BUNDjugend and a youth representative on the board of the Federation for the Environment and Nature Conservation Germany (BUND). In November 2022, Myriam Rapior was elected Deputy Chairwoman of the BUND.
In 2022, she received the Honorary Award of the German Environmental Prize for her work in the Commission on the Future of Agriculture.
In January 2023, Myriam Rapior was appointed to the German Council for Sustainable Development.
