Until 2023, Dr. Heinz-Werner Rapp was a long-standing member of the Management Board and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the FERI Group, where he has worked since 1995. Rapp studied economics at the University of Mannheim and completed his doctorate on psychologically influenced investor behavior ("Behavioral Finance"). He has been involved with alternative capital market models for many years, is the author of numerous specialist publications and has developed key foundations of cognitive finance theory. Dr. Rapp heads the FERI Cognitive Finance Institute, which he founded in 2016 and which acts as an innovative ideas laboratory and strategic think tank. The institute pursues a comprehensive and holistic analytical approach and has been providing valuable information and decision-making bases for entrepreneurs, investors and asset owners for years.
