I have been working at Pflegen und Wohnen since 2014. I started out as a nursing assistant, progressed to become deputy residential manager, and have been working as residential manager since 1 January 2026.

I love giving free rein to my creativity and working with staff and residents to bring projects, goals and new ideas to life. I am particularly enthusiastic about digitalisation and artificial intelligence, as well as the opportunities they offer for the care sector.

I want to play an active role in shaping and developing care, and presenting it in a modern light. My aim is to embrace new challenges, grow together and, above all, regain one thing: our professional pride in care work.
