Roland Kölsch, former conventional SRI fund manager and winner of a Lipper Award, is responsible for the German-language SRI quality standard, the FNG seal, at the non-profit scientific association F.I.R.S.T., among other things.

He has been active in the field of sustainable investments in Brussels, Germany, Switzerland and Paris since 2005. Classically trained as a banker, he currently also contributes his expertise to working groups of the Sustainable Finance Advisory Board of the German Federal Government and EU working groups, after attending university lectures. His private passion is rowing.
