As Managing Director and Founder of PreserviTec GmbH, I bring over 25 years of experience as a civil engineer (TU Braunschweig). After my career as Finance Manager at international industrial corporations, I specialized in AI-based damage detection and, in the medium term, also damage prediction for (critical) infrastructure. Since 2024, PreserviTec has been part of the ESA incubator and will also integrate satellite-based analyses into our software solution.

As an expert for real estate valuation, I combine technical expertise with business management know-how. My core competencies include project controlling of international large-scale projects, AI technologies, and preventive maintenance strategies. As a role model entrepreneur of the BMWi, I actively shape the digital transformation of the construction industry.
