Nico Sauerland completed a commercial apprenticeship in an industrial SME and studied business administration by distance learning at the same time. After building up a successful start-up in the art industry, which exited to a well-known VC, he joined CONTAINERWERK as CFO in 2020 and helped develop the TIN INN concept from this role. As co-founder and CEO of TIN INN, together with Ivan Mallinowski and Michael Haiser, he initiated the Group's strategic shift towards sustainable and serially produced building concepts. Since July 2024, he has been a member of the Management Board of TIN INN Holding AG, which manages the Group's expansion.
