Michael Schenzle is Senior Lean Transformer and Cell Lead at refine Projects AG in Stuttgart—a leading company in the transformation of the construction industry through Lean Construction and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

For more than ten years, refine has been advising and supporting project teams and companies in the construction and real estate industry on their way to collaborative and efficient project delivery—based on the principles of the Lean Construction philosophy.

The goal is not only better adherence to schedules and cost reduction, but a fundamental reorientation of project culture with a focus on collaboration, transparency, and efficiency. For this reason, special emphasis is placed on a holistic view of projects and processes as well as the active involvement of all stakeholders in the value creation process.

In addition, Michael Schenzle is a lecturer for Lean Construction and production systems in construction at the University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart.
