In 2001, he single-handedly set up the IT department at Event Hotels (just under 60 hotels and 4 offices) and transformed IT into a profitable division. Today, he leads a team of 15 experts and integrates innovative technologies such as service delivery, F&B and cleaning robots, enabling Event Hotels to operate the largest fleet of robots in the European hospitality industry. With his expertise in IT security (PCI, BSI) and process management (ITIL v3), he optimises digital solutions in the hospitality sector. He manages complex IT infrastructures, implements cloud strategies and delivers projects in areas such as digital signage and smart systems, always with a focus on innovation, digitalisation and robotics.
