Through intensive self-study, relentless dedication and a strong ability to recognize opportunities, Roman developed a steadily growing portfolio of condominiums, multi-family houses and a vacation property.

His career then led him to Wandelbots, an internationally recognized robotics and AI startup based in Dresden. As Vice President, Roman was responsible for the Project Management Office and later the Automation Unit. In this role, he led complex industrial projects, worked closely with Tier 1 customers and technology partners, and learned how crucial rapid shipping, customer-centered product development and cross-functional collaboration are for successful tech products. This expertise now forms the foundation of his vision for Leverage.

With Leverage, Roman pursues a clear mission: to radically simplify real estate investments through digitalization and AI, make risks transparent and support investors with data-driven insights. As CEO, he drives strategic direction, shapes the product, conducts customer discovery, develops the business model and builds a strong network of clients, partners, business angels and VCs. His goal in the coming months is to secure a seed financing round of 1 million euros and develop Leverage into the leading AI agent platform in the real estate sector.
