As Division Manager for Product, Sustainability and Procurement, Andreas Schmidt is co-leading the transformation of the B2C logistics specialist Hermes Einrichtungs Service (otto group) into an ecologically and socially sustainable company together with Viktoria Drabe. In addition to the conversion of the delivery fleet, the focus is on holistic approaches such as the transformation of the business model, for example in the form of circular economies.
