Since August 2026, Johanna Schneider has been Head of Doctor Growth at TeleClinic, where she is responsible for the end-to-end growth of the network of doctors, with a focus on AI-supported processes.

Prior to this, in 2024, she took over as head of the Operational Excellence team, where she drove forward the automation of customer communication, support and payment processes. Before that, she played a key role in scaling up the quarterly billing process at TeleClinic, thereby enabling the processing of payments for just under 2,000 contracted doctors each quarter.
