Dominic Singer heads the Business Unit Central Services of the Civil Engineering Division at Implenia. His unit focuses on digitalization, BIM, lean management, sustainability, occupational safety, quality and risk management, as well as internal planning services. After completing his civil engineering studies at the Technical University of Munich in 2014, he conducted research on artificial intelligence in planning processes at the Chair of Computational Modeling and Simulation at TUM. At Implenia, he established the BIM organization of the Civil Engineering Division and led the group-wide harmonization and standardization of core processes as part of an ERP project. In 2024, he completed an Executive MBA in General Management at the University of St. Gallen.
