Tossan Souchon is co-founder and CEO of Archipel Generalplanung AG. Drawing on his many years of experience in Germany and Switzerland, he oversees complex construction and property projects from development through to completion, combining technical, commercial and organisational expertise.
A graduate civil engineer (RWTH Aachen), he held various management positions in the construction industry and project development prior to joining Archipel, including Head of Global Procurement at HOCHTIEF and Head of New Build at Allreal AG. The projects he has overseen in a managerial or supervisory capacity include the Sony Centre and the exhibition centre extension in Berlin, the Toni-Areal in Zurich, and several new clinic and hospital buildings in Bern and Basel. As a member of the board of directors of a Swiss hospital, he also brings experience from the client’s perspective.
