Alan Talib is the Founder and CEO of NordGulf Alliance, a London-based cross-border advisory focused on M&A, market entry, and capital raising between the Nordics and the Gulf. He works with publicly listed industrials, funded scale-ups, and early-stage ventures in cleantech, medtech, and RegTech, structuring transactions in the $15M to $50M+ range and managing relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and government entities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC. Alan brings more than twenty-five years at the Nordic-Middle East crossroads, including over a decade as CEO of Hollystrand International advising corporates across Switzerland, Finland, and Sweden, and earlier work facilitating Middle Eastern companies into Scandinavia through Oriental House in Stockholm. His career began in conflict resolution and intercultural mediation with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He completed Executive Leadership courses at Harvard University and operates in Arabic, Norwegian, Swedish, and English.
