Anne Tischer, born 1978 in East Berlin, is a changemaker, entrepreneur, speaker and mother. Her mission: a more humane and inclusive working world through more women and more diversity in the management levels of companies. Anne is the initiator and chairwoman of the association FRAUEN !N FÜHRUNG (F!F) e.V., founded in 2019 under the patronage of Federal Minister of Construction Klara Geywitz, which campaigns for more women in management positions in the German construction and real estate industry. With her consulting company Karma she said GmbH, she helps organizations to remain performant and sustainable with mixed management teams and an attractive corporate culture. Anne worked for over 15 years as a press officer and marketing expert in real estate groups as well as in politics and foundations. She is also a jury member of the Next Gen Network MAT (Top 30 under 30 in the real estate industry), a jury member of the PropTech Germany Award 2024 and one of the most prominent voices for diversity and women in leadership in the real estate industry.
