Dr. Sören Trümper works as a specialist in the transport policy department at the ADAC headquarters in Munich. He is responsible for the topics of electricity management and hydrogen. An environmental scientist by training, Trümper completed his doctorate at the Technical University of Hamburg on the potential of electromobility to reduce greenhouse gases. Before joining ADAC, Trümper worked for several years in science and consultancy. He specialises in the interface between the electricity grid and electromobility, which includes topics such as charging infrastructure and bidirectional charging. He also represents the ADAC on international committees in this area.
