Nicole Wagner-Hanl is Project Manager for Personal Mobility & Digitalisation at the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics in Prien am Chiemsee. She is responsible for data-driven mobility research, the impact of technology (travel assistance systems, mobility platforms) on mobility behaviour and mobility concepts for networked and sustainable passenger transport. She leads research and industry projects in the field of municipal and corporate mobility management. In particular with responsibility/interface function for the coordination of different views (methodological, process-related, IT-related) and for the optimisation of performance and knowledge management. As a Certified Data Scientist Specialised in Process Mining, she has a process-oriented perspective on organisations and data.

She previously worked as a project manager for information logistics at the institute of the same name and as a project manager for IT and logistics at VCE Verkehrslogistik GmbH in Dortmund.
