Simone Walser has been responsible for Innovation Management at STRABAG Real Estate (SRE), one of the leading European real estate developers with 18 locations in 8 countries, since 2019. In this role, she centrally drives the strategic development of the areas of digitalization, sustainability (ESG), and process innovation.

Previously, she headed the project management team at the Frankfurt office and was responsible for complex real estate developments across all project phases. Prior to joining STRABAG Real Estate, she worked at various architectural firms. These roles shape her holistic perspective on economic, technical, and design-related requirements.

As a trained draftswoman, qualified architect, and certified DGNB Consultant, she has in-depth expertise in the planning, development, and realization of real estate.

Her approach is driven by the conviction that sustainable real estate development can only be successfully implemented in the long term through the integrated interplay of strategy, processes, and technology.
